2. Orders & Payment
2.1 Orders must be placed through our official website or authorised sales platforms.
2.2 Full payment is required upon order confirmation, unless stated otherwise.
2.3 For large or custom orders, please include details in the info/notes section at checkout, and we will get in touch if further information or payment is needed.

3. Collections
3.1 If a customer fails to collect an order within 3 to 5 days of the scheduled pick-up date, the item may be safely disposed of or repurposed for hygiene reasons.
3.2 No refunds will be issued for uncollected items.

4. Delivery Policy
4.1  We only deliver within designated delivery zones as outlined on our website.
4.2 Orders placed outside these zones are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be issued for orders that cannot be delivered or collected due to distance or inaccessibility.

5. Refunds and Replacements
5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless:

• The item is incorrect

• The item is damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours, with photo evidence)

• The item is mouldy or contains a production defect
  5.2 In such cases, CookingWithFeem will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
  5.3 Dissatisfaction due to personal taste is not a valid reason for a refund.
