  • How long do your brownies take from when I order to Dispatch?
    We post all brownies with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.99) which takes 2–3 working days. Need them faster? Choose Tracked 24 for next‑day delivery after dispatch. Orders at weekends go out the next working day, and delivery times may vary if Royal Mail is delayed.
  • How long do your brownies keep fresh? and how do I store them?
    Our brownies stay fresh in the fridge for up to 10 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months—just wrap them well and defrost at room temperature before enjoying.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver all over the UK – yes, even all the way to Northern Ireland!
  • Which courier do you use?
    We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and always send you a tracking code with your order.
  • Can I change flavours in my box once the order has been processed?
    Sorry, once your order has been processed we can’t change flavours. This helps us keep baking efficient (and stops Feem from getting too tired! 😅)
  • Do you offer gluten free brownies?
    We don’t offer gluten‑free brownies at the moment, but it’s definitely something I aim to do in the future!
  • Are your brownies Halal?
    Yes – 1000000% Halal! Our brownies are made by Muslims using ingredients that contain no haraam whatsoever.
  • Do you ship outside the UK?
    We don’t ship outside the UK just yet, but it’s something we’re looking into – keep an eye on this page!
  • I didnt get my parcel, what shall I do?
    If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please first contact Royal Mail – they’ll give you instructions to recover it or get a refund. If you still need help, email us at faheemeatsporridge@gmail.com.
  • im not at home, can I tell my delivery driver where to place the parcel?
    If you’re not at home, you can use your tracking link to contact Royal Mail and leave delivery instructions for your driver.
  • Do you provide brownies for weddings/events?

  • Are your brownies nut free?
    Some flavours contain nuts or nut products. All brownies are ‘may contain nuts’ as we bake in a kitchen that handles them. Please check flavour descriptions before ordering.
  • can I add a custom note to my order?
    of course you can, please let me know in the "note" section when checking out :)
  • are your brownies suitable for vegetarians?
    Yes – all our brownies are suitable for vegetarians, and we never use gelatine or animal‑derived additives.
  • Do your brownies contain alcohol?
    No – all flavours are alcohol‑free.
  • How big are your brownies?
    Each brownie is a generous slice – perfect for sharing… or not! 😉
  • When will my order be baked?
    All brownies are baked fresh to order on my bake days, which range between Wednesday and Friday. If you order earlier in the week, they’re still baked fresh before dispatch.
  • Do you include a receipt in the box?
    No – we don’t put receipts in the box so it’s perfect for gifting.
  • How are the brownies packaged?
    Each brownie is wrapped in cellophane for freshness, placed in a sturdy box sealed with tape, and then packed in a protective bag to keep them safe from rain and damage during delivery.
