Are your brownies suitable for vegetarians?
Yes – all our brownies are suitable for vegetarians, and we never use gelatine or animal-derived additives.
Are your brownies Halal?
Yes – 1000000% Halal! Our brownies are made by Muslims using ingredients that contain no haraam whatsoever.
How soon will my brownies be posted?
Each box is baked fresh in small batches before being carefully packed and sent. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
How fresh are the brownies when they arrive?
Very fresh! We bake to order, so your brownies aren't sitting on shelves waiting to be sold. They're packed and dispatched as fresh as possible.
How should I store my brownies?
Keep your brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for maximum fudginess. They'll stay delicious for up to 7 days at room temperature and 14 days when stored in the fridge.
Can I include a personal message?
Of course! Leave your message at checkout and we'll add a complimentary gift note to your box.
Can I pick my own brownie flavours?
Where available, yes. Our build-your-own boxes let you choose your favourites, while some limited-edition collections come with a set flavour selection.
can I change flavours in my box once the order has been processed?
Sorry, once your order has been processed we can’t change flavours. This helps us keep baking efficient (and stops Feem from getting too tired! 😅)
Are your brownies suitable for sending as a gift?
They are! Every box is beautifully packaged and designed to make someone's day, whether it's for a birthday, celebration, or just because.
Will the recipient see the price?
Never. We don't include invoices or pricing details in any parcels sent directly to the recipient.
Which courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and always send you a tracking code with your order.
I didnt get my parcel, what shall I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please first contact Royal Mail – they’ll give you instructions to recover it or get a refund. If you still need help, email us at Hello@cookingwithfeem.com
Can I save some for later?
Yes! Our brownies freeze brilliantly for up to 3 months. Simply allow them to come back to room temperature before serving.
